FTT’s ABS Cassette PLC Splitters are passive optical devices based on Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) technology, housed in a durable ABS plastic cassette enclosure. This design provides excellent mechanical protection and organized fiber management.

They are widely used in structured fiber distribution systems and are ideal for installation in optical distribution frames (ODF), cabinets, and fiber distribution boxes within FTTH / FTTX networks.

Key Features:

  • ABS Cassette Housing for structured and secure installation.
  • Enhanced Mechanical Protection against dust and physical damage.
  • Uniform Optical Signal Distribution across all output ports.
  • Low Insertion Loss with High Stability.
  • Wide Operating Wavelength Range (1260nm – 1650nm).
  • Low Polarization Dependent Loss (PDL).
  • Pre-terminated Connectors for fast and easy deployment.
  • Compliant with Telcordia GR-1209 & GR-1221 Standards.
