The 10/100/1000M PoE (PSE) Media Converter is a Gigabit Ethernet device designed to convert 10/100/1000Base-T copper signals to 1000Base-X fiber optic signals while simultaneously supplying Power over Ethernet (PoE) to connected powered devices (PD).
The converter supports auto-negotiation for 10/100/1000Mbps speeds and complies with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE standards, delivering up to 30W of power through the RJ45 port. This enables the transmission of both data and electrical power over a single Ethernet cable, eliminating the need for separate power sources at remote device locations.
It is ideal for long-distance network extensions where fiber connectivity is required, especially for IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP systems.
