Operating at frequencies up to 600 MHz, CAT7 is specifically built to support 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10Gbps) with significantly higher reliability than Cat6a. Every CAT7 cable features S/FTP construction (Screened Shielded Twisted Pair), making it virtually immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk.
